Downtown/North End

Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park

Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park, the City of Boston's first waterfront park, was renovated and reopened in 2003. It is an oasis in the North End and an excellent place to relax and enjoy the Harbor. The grassy park features a play lot, a statue of Christopher Columbus, a fountain, and a rose garden. A wisteria covered trellis provides shade and spray showers are perfect for cooling off on a hot day.
